Thank you for your purchase, we hope you're satisfied! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may open a ticket and request a full or partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to know what they are purchasing by browsing either our website or YouTube. All returns must be requested within the first 24 hours of purchase with proof of software incompatibility via a response from a staff member of the software being used (this would most likely be through a ticket on their website). You will not be able to receive a refund if your Forum/CS2 account was banned before, during or after an active subscription. You will not be able to receive a refund if the software is down temporarily for an update. We will only consider refund requests for users that are unable to use the software. We will deny any other requests.

If we accept your refund request, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow at least three (3) days from the time of refund to process your return. Refunds can take 1-2 weeks to appear in your bank according to our payment provider.
